Highly regarded 40 Partner law firm, based in Midtown, seeks a mid-level Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join their expanding non-contentious IP practice.

Sitting within the firm’s thriving IP practice, the successful candidate will primarily draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and advise on data protection and related e-commerce issues. 

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking clients’ instructions and advising on the law and legal issues;
• Assisting supervising Partner/s where required, while also managing a varied caseload;
• Drafting relevant documents, letters and correspondence tailored to clients’ individual needs and requirements;
• Corresponding with clients and opposing solicitors, attending meetings and negotiating with opposing parties.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have ample opportunity to build strong relationships with both existing and potential clients while getting involved with business development initiatives.

We are looking to speak to E&W qualified Solicitors with strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload.

This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level Solicitor with prior experience of IP and Data Protection work, gained within a highly regarded commercial law firm.

Prior experience of IT / Technology work is desirable, but not essential.
